The fully certified TorqueVario®-S VDE torque system provides controlled screw tightening combined with safe use for electric installations. The tool set contains an ergonomically shaped torque screwdriver with an integrated numeric scale, a bit holder and an adjusting tool. All components are arranged practically in a high-grade, hard-wearing bag, where they are easy to identify. The VDE torque screwdriver covers a wide variety of applications with a torque range between 0.5 and 2.0 Nm. A clearly audible, physically perceptible signal emitted when the torque is produced guarantees process safe torque mechanics, protecting against damage to materials and eliminating the need for retouching. With a release accuracy of +/- 6%, the torque tool complies with EN ISO 6789 requirements. The insulated ClicFix bit holder guarantees a secure hold for 75 mm long slimBits thanks to mechanical blade locking. Tightening and loosening strongly tightened hex screws and nuts requires an enormous amount of force. With the leverage action from the Wiha ring open-end spanners or also called ring spanners, the user can easily open any fastening. The jaw end is also excellently suited for tightening screws and nuts. With 15° jaw positioning, the jaw end is perfect for working in confined spaces. On the other side, the ring side is suitable for secure fastening in places difficult to access without slipping. Made of high quality chrome vanadium steel, the ring open-end spanners from Wiha are distinguished by their longevity and robustness, not the least thanks to their corrosion-resistant and easy to clean as well as non-slip surface which provides strong grip even in oily or wet working situations.
