Das Flußmittel P 770 ist ein halogenfreies Flussmittel zum Löten von mit Bauteilen bestückten gedruckten Schaltungen. Es ist speziell zum Einsatz in der Lötmontage, in der SMT und fine pitch Technologie entwickelt worden. Es ist harzfrei und deshalb besonders in der Lage rückstandsfreie Leiterplattenoberflächen zu bilden. Durch das speziell hierfür aufgebaute Aktivator- und Lösemittelsystem ist ein praktisch fehlerfreies Löten von Speicherbauelementen wie z.B. QFP's möglich.
Die spezifische chemische Zusammensetzung sorgt für außerordentlich gute Werte für den Oberflächenwiderstand. Bei hochintegrierten Schaltungen werden die Werte, wie in DIN EN 29454-1 festgelegt, alle erreicht. Weiterhin wird ein weitaus höherer Oberflächenwiderstand gemessen, wenn die Oberflächenwiderstandsmessung bei erhöhter Temperatur und bei hoher relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit vorgenommen wird. Aus diesem Grunde ist dieses Flussmittel für die anspruchvollsten elektronischen Baugruppen geeignet.
