Injection mortar made from a modified epoxy acrylate without styrene in a mortar cartridge. With the use of a sieve sleeve, secure attachment is also possible in perforated stones. With the squeeze gun, the components are injected into the borehole through the static mixer. The anchor rod is inserted into the borehole by hand. The injection mortar hardens and securely connects the anchoring element to the substrate.
An injection system for many applications, providing more flexibility and greater application security. Approved for: non-cracked concrete, for installation in damp concrete and in water-filled boreholes, for aerated concrete, solid and perforated brick masonry, in dry and wet condition. Approved for commercially available threaded rods with proof of strength (acceptance test certificate 3.1). Approved with shortenable screen sleeve VM-SH 16 x 130/330 for bridging insulation systems and other soft substrates. Opened cartridges can continue to be used with a new static mixer. Variable anchorage depths for more flexibility.
